Michael has been involved in tax and business accounting for over 30 years. He has an accounting background from the University of Minnesota. He received his designation as a Certified Financial Planner in 1978. He has filed thousands of individual, corporate, trust and partnership returns. He is an Enrolled Agent and as such is enrolled to practice before the IRS in all 50 states. He has a strong background in investing, business consultation and planning. He has years of specialty work in real estate, tax-free exchanges, pension consultation, investment administration, estate planning and asset protection. Michael enjoys basketball, mountain climbing, auto racing and triathlons. He has bicycled across the US. He has auto raced in “One Lap of America”. He has climbed mountains in the US, Mexico, Europe and Africa. Michael is married to Denise and they have five children and five grandchildren.
