How to Submit Your Tax Documents

We offer two convenient methods for submitting your tax documents: drop-off or mail-in. Please follow the steps below to ensure your documents are properly organized and securely submitted.

Step 1: Organize Your Documents

We’ve provided a PDF Organizer to guide you through the necessary tax forms. Gather all required documents such as W-2s, 1099s, and other relevant paperwork. There’s no need to include receipts or bank statements unless specifically requested. Place your forms in a clean, secure folder to keep everything organized.

Step 2: Choose Your Submission Method

Option 1: Drop Off Your Documents

Drop off your tax documents at our office during business hours (January 15 – April 15: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). If you’re dropping off after hours, you can use our secure 24/7 drop box. Please place your documents in a sealed envelope labeled with your name and contact information.

Option 2: Mail Your Documents

To mail your documents, send them to the address above. We recommend using a secure, trackable mailing service, such as certified mail, to ensure safe delivery. Make sure your documents are in a sealed envelope labeled with your name and contact information.

Helpful Tips

Be sure to include your completed tax organizer with your documents. If you don’t have access to a printer, paper organizers are available at our office.
