Please use the following organizer(s) when submitting documents online, mailing in, or dropping off your tax documents at one of our locations. If you’re a new client, please include your last tax return for a reference.

General Organizer (required) – Fill this out first. Fill out the other forms below if you have a business, rental property, or run a farm.

Business Income/Expense Organizer – Use this form if you have business income and/or expenses to itemize.

Rental Property Organizer – Use this form if you have rental income and/or expenses to itemize.
