Pricing is based on employee count, pay frequency, and the number of states. We’ll confirm your tier with a quick review before setup.

Tier 1
$110–$150 / mo

Tier 2
$150–$225 / mo

Tier 3

Setup fee: $100 one-time setup (tax prep clients).
Often higher if: multi-state payroll, weekly pay runs, benefits deductions, tipped staff, job costing, multiple entities, workers’ comp pay-as-you-go programs, prior-quarter cleanup, or agency notices.

  • Direct deposit + secure owner portal (clean, trackable payments).
  • Year-round support via call, text, or email.
