To help us process your tax return accurately and efficiently, please follow these guidelines when submitting documents:

1. Upload forms one at a time: Avoid combining multiple document types into a single file.

2. Use acceptable formats: Scanned files, clear pictures, or screenshots are all acceptable as long as they are legible.

What Not to Upload

Annual, Quarterly, or Monthly financial institution reports (these are often too lengthy)
Property tax valuation notices or proposed levies
1095-B and 1095-C forms (we only need the 1095-A if you had marketplace insurance)
Bank statements (unless specifically requested)
Receipts
Encrypted or password-protected documents
Large Excel or QuickBooks files (submit summary pages instead)
Zip files
