Business return pricing varies widely based on the company’s structure, recordkeeping, and overall level of activity. As a general guide, many well-organized businesses with straightforward year-end records begin around $950–$1,600 for the entity return.
Factors that tend to increase the fee include:
- Heavier transaction volume or multiple bank/credit card accounts
- Rental or investment activity held inside the entity
- Multi-state filing requirements
- Year-end adjusting entries and clean-up work
- Advisory-level needs (reasonable compensation, distributions, tax planning, etc.)
Companies with these characteristics typically fall in the $2,500–$5,000+ range. More complex organizations with significant activity or specialized reporting may be higher. These ranges are consistent with professional industry norms for EA- and CPA-led firms.
Bookkeeping and payroll services are billed separately. We begin with a brief business interview so we can review your records, understand your structure, and provide a precise quote tailored to your situation. If you’d like, we can also outline a forward-looking tax strategy as part of that process.

Every return we file is routed through an additional layer of enterprise-level security and optimization—the same class of technology and protection trusted by large national organizations. SAO is our firm’s modern standard for keeping your data safe, your return accurate, and your tax outcome optimized.
- Multi-layer document protection – encrypted storage, restricted internal access, and controlled handling across our systems.
- Structured accuracy checks – a human-led review supported by carefully configured, private, enterprise-grade AI tools that improve precision and reduce common filing errors.
- Optimization for potential savings – an added pass designed to help identify missed deductions, credits, or tax-saving opportunities relevant to your situation.
All tax data is processed inside a private, regulated environment that never uses your information to train public AI models. Your information stays confidential, protected, and used only to serve your tax preparation and planning needs.
